Easter Egg Hunt

Just a Quick post, today is the day for the Hunt part of the Easter Egg swap that I was involved in, these are the eggs that I made for this swap.

They were so much fun to make, now I am off to find the Eggs that were sent to me, I will show them to you when I know who made them.

UPDATE : Yeah that was so much fun hunting for the maker of the eggs that I received. So here are the beautiful eggs that arrived in the post for me.

This beauty was made by Elizabeth -

And this cutie was made by Kathy -
A big thank you to both ladies for such beautiful Eggs, this is where I have them displayed at my front door, they are the first thing that you see as you enter my home.

Thank you so much to Viv for organising this wonderful fun swap, if you would like to see more of the Easter Eggs that were created pop on over to Viv's blog for a list of participants.

Till next Friday,

Cheers,

Missing in Action

Sorry I have been missing in action a bit lately, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter. We don't normally decorate for Easter here we are normally still recovering from our Christmas decorating (major event here), but this year I was so inspired by everyone in blogland that I though I might give it a go. Below is our Easter tree that I whipped up in a couple of hours.
I made the cards from images I found on the Internet,

the eggs I bought on E-Bay.

I also made some Easter baskets full of all things girly for my four nieces didn't even have time to take any photos before we left for the Sunshine Coast for a couple of days holidays. I'm still working on my craft challenge for Beachy's Cape Cod Cupboard and I have a meme from Deb at Posted from Home to do also, so I will be back again soon, now I had better go and finish the washing (the only downside of going away for holidays.)

Cheers,
