On the road to recovery

Hi everyone thank you for all of your kind words lately I have still been fighting with this bug for the last two weeks now and for someone who never ever gets sick it is a big challenge. Each time I think I'm better I get a chill and high temperature again the doctors are baffled. Anyway enough of that stuff I am starting to at least feel normal in between bouts of fever. LOL

I have had to cancel our annual Christmas party this year as there is just no way that everything will be done in time, I haven't even gotten into the Christmas mood yet which is very unusual for me I think I might go with tradition this year and wait till 1st December before decorating I think once I start I won't be able to stop.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week, and I will catch up with you all soon.

Cheers,

Sorry you are still under the weather. Just try to relax. If everything doesn't get done, no worries. Savor doing less, but hope you do get better. Sounds like a nasty bug! Happy THanksgiving.

Hi Linda, I hope you begin to feel better soon. It is so hard to be down this time of year when there is so much to do. I can so relate.Thank you for stopping by and your kind words. It is always so nice to see you. The decorating will get done soon enough and then you can relax and enjoy. Happy Holidays. See you again soon.
hugs, Celestina

Hey Linda! What is it about this time of year that so many succumb to strange viruses?! Perhaps we are just too busy and our bodies decide to slow us down! While I hope you feel more like your usual self soon, take advantage of having a REALLY good excuse to take it easy and read lots of craft mags and drink lots of cuppas! Bear Hugs! KRIS

Hurray, today I finally started on my Christmas shopping and writing some cards. I don't put up Christmas decorations until about a fortnight before the day as I keep them up until the 12th night. I don't believe they should really go up until at least the start of advent. I hope you are feeling better today and I wish you a speedy recovery. x

Hi Linda
Goodnes you've been having a terrible time, I hope you start feeling better very soon!
Aren't your family wonderful to have helped with the party.
I never think of Christmas before a few weeks prior! More fun that way I think.
