I did, I did see a Snowman!

As you might see be my last post I was having trouble finding things starting with the letter "I" for my A to Z of my home. Well the thoughts of ice, freezer, igloo and seeing everyone else in other countries playing in the snow are playing in my head, so while my oldest son was defrosting the freezer for me, we came up with this -

We had a hard time keeping the buttons on because he was melting faster then we could make him, (it is 30 degrees Celsius and very humid .) I think that will be the only snowman we will ever see around these parts.

Cheers,

Yeah I see they have fixed the problem at blogger with the spellcheck.

Dear friends, thank you for all the amazing answers you left on my previous post, "A hidden world". I read them and read them again with pure joy! How creative can you be! As I let my imagination run wild, I could hear the old Kookaburra--its laugh filling the air of the vast Outback of Australia, I saw the small alabaster colored shell resting in the white sand as the waves came crashing, and heard the sound of thunder roaring as the waves slapped against the rocks, I saw a dog, enchanted by the colorful mallards and honking birds, a ladybug hidding in the garden; yellow, orange, or scarlet with small black spots on their wing covers; the little wren nesting in a grandmother’s clothesline post… Oh what delight! I became one with God listening to nature through your words...

Blessings to you and yours

Cielo

Hi Linda,
Wow a snowman in Queensland? There's one for the history books!!!
Thanks for stopping by and for your buys too! The basket you chose is my favourite and I thought it would be the first to go so I think you will like it!
Take care,
Natasha : )

PS. thanks for mentioning the spell check thing, I wouldn't have thought to check it, I just thought it would be dead forever!

Thank you for stopping by my blog. I wish I could send you some snow...we have lots and the weather man is predicting more on Tuesday. What I wouldn't give to be in Queensland. I guess your part of Australia is like Florida, because a friend from Melbourne was talking about fall weather. Either way your part of the world is paradise to me. I visited Sydney when I lived in Asia and I desperately wanted to live there. Have a lovely day. Karen
